Curb-Appeal Packages · Saline County & Little Rock, AR

The whole exterior, brought up together.

Beds, washing, gutters, lighting and cleanup — bundled into one coordinated project, one schedule, and one written quote.

Why one project beats three contractors.

A washed driveway next to tired beds still reads as tired. Curb appeal works when the whole front of the house comes up together — and that takes one plan, not three vendors who never see each other's work.

A package puts every service on one schedule, sequenced sensibly: washing before planting, mulch after the gutters are cleared, cleanup once at the end. One crew, one standard, one number you approved in writing.

HOA neighborhoods

One coordinated project that meets community standards — with design boards you can show the HOA before work starts.

New construction

Builder-grade exteriors upgraded to move-in-ready: beds, lighting, washed concrete and a clean site.

Selling soon

The whole front of the house brought up together, so the listing photos and the drive-by both land.

Busy homeowners

One company and one quote instead of juggling a landscaper, a washing crew and a gutter guy.

How a package comes together

1

One site visit

We walk the whole exterior, measure everything, and talk through what matters most to you.

2

One written quote

Measurable services priced at our published rates, design work quoted from the boards — all in a single proposal, often with tiered options.

3

One coordinated crew

The work is sequenced sensibly (wash before planting, cleanup last) and finished to one standard.

Want the numbers first? Washing and gutter rates are published on the services page — or run your measurements through the instant estimate calculator.

Package questions

What is a curb-appeal package?

A curb-appeal package bundles several exterior services — flower beds, mulch and shrubs, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, lighting and cleanup — into one coordinated project with a single written quote and one crew, instead of hiring separate contractors on separate schedules.

How is a package priced?

Each part is priced the same way it would be on its own: pressure washing and gutter cleaning at our published per-square-foot and per-linear-foot rates, and bed or design work as a custom written quote after the site visit. Everything lands in one proposal, often with tiered options so you choose how far to take it.

Does bundling save money?

Bundling saves coordination more than anything: one site visit, one schedule, one crew already on site. We also buy materials in bulk from local suppliers and pass savings on where we can. What a package never does is hide the numbers — every line is in the written quote.

Can I pick which services go in the package?

Yes — a package is whatever your home actually needs. Some are beds plus washing; some add gutters, lighting and planters for a full exterior refresh. The proposal is built from your site visit.

Is a package worth it before selling a house?

Curb appeal is the first thing buyers and listing photos capture. A package brings the beds, concrete, siding and gutters up together, so the exterior reads as maintained instead of patched — typically in a matter of days, scheduled around your listing date.
